These terms are the agreement between you and Full Night Mode LLC (“we”), which runs Picture Day. By using Picture Day you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Picture Day

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it.

What Picture Day does

Picture Day suggests outfits using artificial intelligence. The looks and their pictures are made by a computer: the people in them are invented, not your family, and the clothes may not exist exactly as shown. Suggestions can be wrong or not to your taste. Use your own judgment.

Picture Day is free while we build it. Some features may change, stop, or later cost money; we will tell you before anything costs you money.

Products and shops shown in the app are examples, not offers to sell.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you add, such as your answers and photos. You let us use them only to run Picture Day and make your looks, including sending them to the services named in the Privacy Policy.

Only add photos you have the right to use. Don’t add photos of other people without their permission, or photos in which a child can be seen.

You may use the looks made for you for your own purposes, as far as the law allows. Because they are made by a computer, they may resemble pictures made for others.

Don’t misuse Picture Day

Don’t use it to make pictures of real people without their consent, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual. Don’t try to break, overload or get around its limits and security, or to copy it with automated tools. We may suspend or close an account that does.

No guarantees

Picture Day is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your looks will be kept: they are stored on your device.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

Ending

You can stop using Picture Day at any time, and delete your account from Profile. We may stop offering Picture Day, or close an account that breaks these terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be decided by the courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies; using Picture Day afterwards means you accept it. Questions: hello@pictureday.one.
